This research is a small contribution to the ever-puzzling problem whether telling a joke is a turing test. Our daring hypothesis is that it is not. Please check out the log book for a collection of posted material and the Resulting Numbers . This is a very preliminary version. More sophisticated computations will come about, as are extra input parameters, like the supposedly consumed amount of alcohol in order for the joke to reach its full effect.
